Fixed Fee Packages

Most of our clients prefer the convenience and certainty of fixed fees. 

So, our bookkeeping, accounting and tax work is provided on a fixed fee basis, each month. This helps you manage your cashflow and ensures your books are up to date every month, so you know how you're travelling.

Level 1

 

 

Ideal if you run a small business with no employees, apart from yourself. This package includes:

  • Preparation of your monthly figures, including bank reconciliation (50 bank transactions plus 1 credit card), expense allocation and GST coding

  • Automation of your Payables Process - less paper in your office

  • Monthly Reporting Pack, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet

  • Quarterly BAS Preparation and Lodgement

  • Payroll for owner, including ATO reporting and payment summary

Fees:

  • Set-up and training $250 + gst (once off)

  • $245 + gst per month (Add extra employees for an additional $10 + gst each, per month)

  • Preparation and lodgement of the business Income Tax Return: $95 + gst per month


Level 2

Ideal if you run a small business with up to 6 employees, including yourself. This package includes

  • Preparation of your monthly figures, including bank reconciliation (100 bank transactions plus 1 credit card), expense allocation and GST coding

  • Automation of your Payables Process - less paper in your office

  • Monthly Reporting Pack, including Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Reports

  • Quarterly BAS Preparation and Lodgement

  • Payroll support for up to 6 employees, including ATO reporting and payment summaries

We also provide a quarterly management report that highlights issues and trends.

Fees:

  • Set-up and training $450 + gst (once off)

  • $395 + gst per month, plus $6 + gst per month, per employee (for payroll)

  • Preparation and lodgement of the business Income Tax Return: $95 + gst per month

 


Level 3

Designed for businesses with annual revenue over $750,000. This package includes:

  • Preparation of your monthly figures, including bank reconciliation (150 bank transactions plus 2 credit cards), expense allocation and GST coding

  • Automation of your Payables Process - less paper in your office

  • Monthly Reporting Pack, including Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Reports

  • Quarterly BAS Preparation and Lodgement

  • Payroll for your employees, includes ATO reporting and payment summaries

We also provide a monthly management report that highlights issues and trends.

Fees:

  • Set-up and training $650 + gst (once off)

  • $695 + gst per month, plus $6 + gst per month, per employee (for payroll)

  • Preparation and lodgement of the business Income Tax Return: $115 + gst per month


Change over

 

If you are an existing franchise who would like to become a client, there is a Change Over fee. This one-off charge covers the following services:

  • Appointment as your Registered Tax Agent

  • Change of your Registered Office

  • Review status with the ATO regarding tax debts and make recommendations

  • Review of your business structure and make recommendations as appropriate

  • Review your accounting setup and make recommendations

  • Set-up and training in the software and apps you will be using

  • Set-up of your Monthly and Quarterly Reporting structure

Fees

  • Range $250 + gst, depending on complexity of your situation

It's important that you have Xero or QuickBooks Online. We will arrange this for you as part of your set up
